So happy with my new Miele.. I have always owned a Miele vacuum & this model certainly lives up to the Miele name.. Great value for money too :-)

I did purchase this thru Appliances online services was great delivery was fabulous, the only thing I can down on it is the rods are hard to come off, (unless I am doing something wrong) just have to click it and turn but it is a pain, & a little noisy but in saying that it has great suction & should last longer than previous ones,

The three most important features for me on a vaccuum are that: - it cleans both wooden floors and rugs really well - it is quiet; and - it is easy to use. This vaccuum excels in all three categorties and it was good value to boot.
