Overall I find this a hughly effective vacuum cleaner. Hower, changing the hepa filter can be a struggle if you are new to this vacuum. I required a few You Tube tutorials and even then I was unsure if I did it correctly. Also, the vacuum comes with 2 heads. A standard one that works well on carpet and hard floors. And a second one for gathering pet fur. This one also works well but is difficult to get the hair and fur out of it. I thought there might be a release to remove the roller for cleaning, but so far I have not found one. The cable length is great but it would be better if the vacuum came with a battery and charger instead. Still overall it is in my view worth the money paid.

Came super quick and the vacuum cleaner works perfectly again.
