Satisfied, I will buy this item again in future.
I have owned my Miele vacuum for two years, recently I noticed a stale smell when I used it. I change the bag regularly so knew it must be the Hepa filter (it is recommended to change it annually) and when I bought a genuine replacement from the manufacturer the odour disappeared. There is an indicator on the component which turns colour when it needs changing which I shall pay attention to in future.

Replace when indicator strip tells you
It always shows when it needs replacing and you can tell when it’s been done. Keeps the vacuum working well.

Brilliant service! The delivery men were polite and efficient. They connected my new machine and took the old (22 years old!) machine away for me. You can't ask for better service than that. It is so rare to receive exceptional service that I had to email and let you know. I recently purchased a new washer and a dryer from appliances online after trying to find a bargain on ebay and missing out every time.
