The quick- wash cycle, which takes 10 minutes is excellent. Unfortunately I wish I had spent a little more and gotten something different. The downside of this washer is a very confusing program and water level setting panel, the lid, which is hinged in the middle and my machine has a tendency to stop mid-wash on the longer programs for no reason. However, this machine keeps it's balance well during spin cycle and the noise level is much softer than other machines I have used.Legendary service
