I have never in all my years been treated so well by someone on line. I bought a Microwave Wednesday it was delivered Friday. Like all things in life this did not work out as the Microwave did not work. I rang Monday morning had a new one Wednesday and all was well. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
