Having never owned a front loader ,my old hoover died after 23 years. Tried a new top loader and sent it back.AOL were great, installed my new one. Gives plenty of choices of cycles and even let's you make your own favourite. With a timer it's even better. Only thing I can fault is in regard to cat hair. But that's a front loader issue across the board,not just this one.Great delivery teamQuickly efficient delivery with effortless installation by their teamFantastic little machineWe have had our machine for a few weeks now and have heard no problems. It is handy to be able to change spin speed, and there is a variety of programmes which you can alter in temp and spin speed. Washes clothes well. They even took my old machine away all included in the delivery.I cannot praise appliances online enough I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently.
