It was easy, cheap, and everyone was so friendly and helpful - even the delivery guys turning up when they said they would AND taking the rubbish away when I went to put it in my own bin! I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was and will tell everyone about you and recommend you as much as I can. Thanks again!I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online' over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very pleased. Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us, being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' .
