I purchased a Kelvinator window airconditioner from Appliances Online. The machine arrived in perfect condition and the delivery was prompt. When you buy, the website lets you choose the delivery date. This feature is unique and really convenient for working buyers. Also, on the date of delivery, the driver rings to let you know the exact time period he is coming. I appreciate this feature very much, and next time I buy something online, if the product is sold by Appliances Online I will buy from them only. Best customer service we have ever received
I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. WONDERFUL ! Our Washing Machine decided it was tired yesterday. Within that time, the old machine has been removed, replaced and a new machine installed! I have 3 young boys and I NEED my washing machine.. Appliances on line have been a God Send. I have not had to leave my house and all aspects of their service as prosmised have been fullfilled. What can I say, their service, professionalism and promises have all been followed through. I will from now on look at this site before visiting a retailer.
