reverse cycle
works best in a small room not sure about how much power it uses as yet, but I think it will probably be very cheap to run, had some problem with the digital temp control fiddled with the wire and plug and now works well. take care when you remove the fascia to install it, I think its plug or control easily damaged. would I buy it again yes as my lounge room is small and want something with low power consumption or might buy a 3.9 kw

Its works better than we expected
This AC replaced a much bigger in window 38 yr older AC unit. The AC has worked very well for its size for the 2 months since installing it. It cools 2 rooms and my wife loves the dry setting. Price has mid range but with the free delivery made the deal for us plus ordered friday delivered monday thats good service. This is the second appliance we have brought.

When you buy, the website lets you choose the delivery date. This feature is unique and really convenient for working buyers. Also, on the date of delivery, the driver rings to let you know the exact time period he is coming. I appreciate this feature very much, and next time I buy something online, if the product is sold by Appliances Online I will buy from them only. Thank you for your promptness & fantastic customer service. Product ordered Saturday night 9.30pm, chose delivery for the following Tuesday. Tuesday 7.38am phone call to advise estimated delivery time of 8.15-9.15am. Product & delivery person arrives promptly at 8.15am. Unloads etc realizes dent in washing machine apologize profusely...at this point we are in awe still of the service so no qualms with us...Promise a new washer by 3pm the same day. 2.38pm same day call to advise 15 minutes away.....I am still reeling at the level of dedication and service your people and company have to offer......thank you for restoring our faith, I have not stopped raving about Appliances Online......
