Excellent customer service and satisfaction
I just wanted to say, what great service I have received from appliances online. Fantastic communication, goods were delivered extremely fast and on time and I was notified prior to their arrival with plenty of time to prepare. I have bought a portable air con unit and a stove/oven both are of top quality. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to my friends and family. I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic.
