I just wanted to congratulate you on the outstanding service provided by your delivery staff Ciaran and Tomar. Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. The ease in which everything went was surprisingly superb
Yesterday I had a washing machine delivered to my house. The ease in which everything went was surprisingly superb. They called and advised a time when they would arrive, and arrived in that time frame..and the best part of all was being able to pay for it when it arrived...they even took away all the packaging and didn't leave me with it.
