Based on this NYT recommendation I bought a pair of Marshall Mode headphones. The left ear bud stopped working after two years and Marshall would not replace them because the 1 year warranty had expired.

I recently purchsed a pair of Marshall Mode wired in ear phones thinking the quality of sound Legendary Marshall brand would extend itself to earphone.s It did not. The sound is tinney, mostly mid range, very little bass or higher treble.I am not sure if I was the one in a thousand that received a lemon pair or not. Also, the buds don't fit in my ear easily or stay there, And Ironically, the no tangle cord (advertised rubber coating) tangles all of the time. I usually have good luck ordering from online, but I guess it was ny turn to get a stinker.

The sounds pretty clear, so good to hear highres song's. And a prefect fit for my ear. Totally a 5/5.
