I received my Samsung washing machine today and just wanted to congratulate you on the premium service and complete process from start to finish. Everything happened as you quoted it would on the website and yesterday when I called with a query re delivery time you did your best to accommodate my request in a friendly manner. You provided the lowest price I could find for a washing machine that met our needs, and it was delivered the next day, on time, by very pleasant delivery men, install quickly, and working within 15 mins of arrival, and no left over boxes to deal with. Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber!
