Full marks to everyone including the drivers
Not often I make the effort to send some praise out, but full marks to Colin in customer service. Our new LG front loader arrived was installed and promptly decided to overfill and drop its load and flood our laundry and adjoing room. Phoned through our issue (incidently we are still waiting for LG to get back to us)and Colin fixed the problem and arranged a replacement to unit to be delivered - full marks to everyone including the drivers - prompt efficient and very courteous - keep up the good service - I will certainly sing your praises and you have my future business!!!! Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
