Sometimes clothes in the top are still on the top at the end of wash. Not enough movement to clean clothes well. Also extremely deep machine, a shorter person would struggle to reach the clothes at the bottom.So quiet and washes perfectlyThis machine replaced my old washer of 10 years. It is big and I love using it. All the programs are touch button and very easy to follow. I love the fact there is no agitator taking up room in the big stainless steel barrel.Legendary service
