Good washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good washing machine, but The plastic cord is torn and dirty and need to be changed. Where can I buy and change? I still had warranty.

Efficient & Good Looking Appliance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this machine after 12 months of use. It washes my clothes efficiently & quietly & looks pretty smart in the laundry with the stainless steel look of the casing. Its quiet & doesn't take all day to finish a cycle like some machines. I'm much happier with this machine than the expensive & problematic Asko washer I had before.

This dishwasher hates dinner plates
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lower tray area is not large enough for regular dinner plates to be washed. The rotor hanging off the upper tray cannot rotate when dinner plates are being washed. There's only a few millimeters in it but it's enough. So essentially, it's completely useless.

I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person. Ill be coming back and look forward to my next purchase with online appliances.com.au - BIG THANK YOU (and you should be training others how to do it so good! especially the yanks!! Just a quick note to say thank you for having the best sales and delivery staff. We have made several purchases and each time we have never been disappointed. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had to wait many hours to get basic information when dealing with the likes of ******** etc but with your staff it is instant. Never a dumb question goes unanswered to which I am very grateful. I am amazed at how easy and quick I can order an item and receive it. Delivery is always a concern as I have had items from ******* delivered on the back of ute which was driven by one of their sales staff after they had finished work. I had paid $60.00 for this disgusting treatment. Your deliver staff are always on time and so polite and professional. It is a credit to you and them that they can keep this level of perfection time and time again. We have spent many thousands at ******* over the years but will do so no more.
