I cut my finger deeply whilst cleaning the rubber seal from lint etc. Up the top, if you put your fingers behind rubber seal (as per cleaning with a cloth) your fingers will meet a serrated edge just like a knife blade! I wont add photos as a bit gruesome but I got myself a nasty deep bleeding cut on my finger. Im now sure what role that part plays in the machine but I think it shouldn't be accessible to anyone, especially those with children. Perhaps LG could take this as a suggestion for improvement/redesign of the product?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine, the clothes come out nice and clean. 2 issues when washing on drying on quick cycle the clothes don’t come out dry and lastly you can’t just dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washer was an LG which lasted about 10 years and technically hadn't died it's just we needed something bigger now so going for LG was a no brainer. The size of the drum is fantastic for my 3 kids' clothes and there are lots of brilliant wash and dry cycles. I don't use the dryer much but it's good to know it's there. Still exploring all the features.
