It doesn't dry the clothes properly.I brought this item a month ago for oof my holiday houses. Only to get compliants that it does not dry to the middle. An issue I asked before purchasing. I have called appliances online within the 28 day period to lodge my concerns to enable a replacement product if required. I would be very careful buying a washer dryer as that all seem to have drying issues. Cheers JoshMonster MachineSo far so good. Its a lovely machine and basically does everything my old one did but bigger except for two things.... The max spin of 1200 would be better if it was 1400 - not a huge issue as we almost always dry outside but on the odd occasion that you are doing an evening wash for something in the morning and the heating is on so you have your items in the room with you to dry it's obvs going to take longer.. Also, there's no "spin only" option. Rinse and spin (which is fine most of the time) IS an option but the only way to spin only is to set to 30mins drying and turn it off after the 17min spin cycle. Mildly annoying but a workaround nevertheless. I haven't really tested out the Drying ability but I don't plan on using it that much - We are lucky to have good weather in WA so it's not a drama...Legendary service

My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me). I was really impressed - thank you very much. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time.
