Mother's Day gift a few years ago and it's been a great help as no-one in the family picks up a vacuum cleaner expect ME! She's been great except for this 1 day.......we happen to have left open the family room door to our foyer and then Cracsh/Bang! Cliff Detection.....didn't work! NOW NOTHING WORKS AND MY ROBOKING IS IN PIECES :( I recommend keeping it away from stairs.

This was a gift from my husband and it worked very well for a while then started getting confuse and left large areas with crumbs. Returned after having it looked at twice and it worked a little better. If you leave it to rum and clean over and over it eventually covers all the spots it misses. I find it great for going under furniture and cleaning the dust that collects there. We moved, so I put it away, and realised after a year it would be useful, so I charged it up and it cleaned better that the stick vacuum. Today I wanted to use itaagin but it kept telling me the main switch was off, when it wasn't. Googled the problem and it says the battery is dead. Disappointed. If you get one without problems its brilliant, but I think units that have problems, keep having problems.

I bought my first Jeeves about 6 years ago… it was amazing! I bought my second one (last of the model at JB Hifi) and absolutely hammer it. I never threw away the original, put it away and due to a recent move, found it, cleaned it up, plugged it in…. It’s working again! Now…. Do I sell the extra one?……
