Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. Thank you very much for saving me from a week of dirty laundry
Hi, I wanted to write to thank you for the speedy service I received yesterday. I placed my order at 11am Monday, and called to check on the expected delivery time for the Wednesday. It was expected to be in the middle of the day which didn't suit as I had to be at work. Instead of waiting until my next day off (Mon), your helpful staff member arranged for my washing machine to be delivered that afternoon and within 4 hrs from placing my order I was using my newly installed washing machine!
