I have read many reviews with a lot of unhappy customers but my experience has been more positive.Wrong ProductI did not purchase NP8540. I actually purchased 2 number NP8350 Musicflow portable speakers which are very good. It is disappointing that LG with all the technology at thier disposal have not ammended my account details despite the fact that I informed them of this error when I registered the items. The easyflow ap is very good whilst I found the 'Simple Manual' confusing as it missed some important setup information, in my view.Legendary service
