Easy clean, best microwave
Purchased this microwave 12 years ago, hands down the best microwave ever. Loved the rounded inside made easy to clean, easy to operate. Sadly ours died 😞 today, it's a shame they took this of the market as I came on here to purchase the same one. Will definitely miss our microwave

Best microwave
Bought ours 13 years ago to warm our first baby's food. Sadly, it went bang yesterday and it no longer heats. I'm devastated! Food for 4 baby's it heated over the years, travelled from NZ to Aus with us. Will be missed dearly. RIP

The delivery process was excellent
Just wanted to compliment you on your super fast processing of my microwave order which arrived 30th Nov. The delivery process was excellent with appropriate phone calls to notify me of arrival. This is customer service about the relationship
I call Appliances Online Australia, from where I bought the ill-fated Myrtle (name for Microwave). It't not their problem, but they see the chance to convert a customer into a fan. Or maybe they're skilled enough to recognize the signs of impending caffeine-delay hysteria. Either way, they're wise enough to tell me they'll find a solution. Robert calls back promptly to say it's not their policy, but they'll replace Myrtle tomorrow. I nearly ask him to run away with me. This is customer service about the relationship rather than the policy. It's the attitude I have in my own business and I'm surprised companies can survive today without it. The cost of sending me a replacement will be tiny compared to the value of my future purchases and the marketing value of my telling friends on Facebook. Michelle, NSW, Australia
