Why would anyone shop elsewhere
The driver just phoned to advise delivery this morning between 8 and 9am. I could be slightly prejudiced, but acknowledge the fact that the Company Award you received recently is more than well deserved for the fast and efficient way even this small purchase was handled. I look forward to further purchases, as why would anyone shop elsewhere - even when living as far from the city as I do, to have my microwave delivered to its resting place - not to mention also the removal of my old one. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
