    The only physical buttons on the LG 100W 4.1ch SoundPlate™ with Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # LAP240 are the Power button and the Volume +/- buttons and the F (Function) button. Of those, the only one that would cause you to experience the issues you're experiencing is the F (function) button.     We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this Sound Plate system. It is recommended to unplug the power cord from the system and allow it to sit for about 45 seconds to a minute. After this time, reactivate the system and test its operations again.
