    Dead on arrival and still not fixed.
    I bought this more than a month ago, it was faulty when it arrived, with a bad hard drive, and Appliances Online wouldn't let us return it for a refund or replacement, we had to go through LG to find a service centre to fix it, and the service centre can't fix it because the parts on order with LG are backordered. NOT Happy!
