The fridge has been with me for 8 years and the freezer just gave up even though there is 10-year warranty on compressor. It seems to be dying every day now. I was expecting it to last few more years but does not look like it. I have lodged the issue with LG.

Brought item 3yrs ago, had issues after the first year, LG was quick to fix the problem, unfortunately about a year later a cooling issue occurred, LG had techs out and problem fixed, unfortunately issue occurred again after about 6 weeks of the item cooling, not cooling, cooling etc.....LG sent through a voucher for the full amount I purchased it for, great service LG Thank You, other than that item worked great

I bought this fridge a month ago. It's great I love the layout of the fridge except the doors. There are 2 adjustable shelves in the doors but they are both on the same door making one shelf almost unusable as its hard to get into it. You need to adjust the shelves in the doors to fit bottles of milk, water etc. Would be better to have one shelf each side adjustable. My only other issue is the door closing. You have to make sure it has closed. If you don't push it hard enough it sticks open about 2". Otherwise very spacious.
