[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be one of the best fridges around. Noiselessly makes ice & never runs out. We use a lot of ice like about 5 litres a day. Replaced a similar sized unit that would wake you in the night dumping ice & @ least once a year needed the innards removed & hair dryer applied to unblock an ice blockage that caused the fridge to flood. It was another Korean brand. This LG is an absolute beauty.

Purchased 6 years ago and have had the front panel below the water dispenser, rust on multiple occasions. Terrible drainage design as the water can seep in behind the “stainless” look facade. Internally components have broken and now the front panel won’t activate which might just be due to a loose wire in the hinge. Won’t buy another LG as design and quality is poor.

I am trying to get a repair authorisation for my poor performing LG fridge, using your website, where all communication takes place with bot's, and after several hours, I have no luck, in obtaining a repair authorisation ! Why can I not talk to a human person and cut the crap, so we can speed this up !
