I was really disappointed that the player didnt allow playback of mp4 format.Even after converting a few files to mpg, I still got the error message saying playback wasnt allowed. So I'll be returning it to the store today. There should be more than one playable movie formats.Legendary service

It was not in the warehouse so I was told it would be Thursday week for delivery to Leura. The professionalism of the fellows I spoke to on the phone and the courteous, prompt and efficient service of the fellows who delivered and installed the machine was exemplary. Will definately use the company again when I require electrical equipment. It makes such a pleasant change for a company to contact you when they say they will and to arrive within the allocated time slot. I appreciate the efficiency that allowed me to make the most of the day without hanging around at home for hours waiting. The removal of old appliances free of charge is also an excellent option.
