I was really disappointed that the player didnt allow playback of mp4 format.Even after converting a few files to mpg, I still got the error message saying playback wasnt allowed. So I'll be returning it to the store today. There should be more than one playable movie formats.Legendary service

Not only did their price beat everyone else, free delivery was next day and they phoned to let me know a 2 hr. time slot and turned up.............on time!!! It was all so easy. A change nowadays and thought I would share it with you just in case you are in the market. Highly recommended.Old fashioned SERVICE!!!!! Great site, prompt service, saving time and money.
