The process for ordering was quick & efficient, the prices and services offered, excellent. We had been told earlier by a service technician that our current machine was not worth fixing; and had been recommended to your website by friends. The day after placing the order I decided to have a look at the machine for myself and after removing some of the plumbing found that a hanky had clogged the drain pipe, hanky removed, the machine ran fine. At this point expecting the worst I rang your company to ask for a order cancellation, and to my surprise and pleasure, it was done quickly and my credit card payment was refunded promptly.In the future when we do have to replace this machine, we will be doing so via appliances online. Thank you.The prices and services offered, excellent Using Murphy's Law, I needed a new washing machine late on Sat 29th December. So I googled to find something and placed my order with appliancesonline.com.au. I chose my delivery date as the very next business day of 2nd January, but was very sceptical. It was delivered at 8.30am on 2nd, installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost.
