Beautiful picture
I've had the tv for a while now and mostly love it. The picture is amazing and the added features are really cool and helpful. Unfortunately I am no longer able to connect to the ThinQ app on my iphone and it will not stay logged into my LG account if I can actually get it to sign in. Other than that, this is the best looking tv I've ever owned.

Mother Board failure
Bought the TV on May 27, 2021. Originally worked well. Now the TV will simply go black while we are watching it, sometimes coming back on by itself, other times we are required to reset the entire system. We did swap out our cable box to eliminate that from being the cause, but it has continued to do the same. Of course, it is out of warranty, so we are left "holding the bag".

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

As indicated in the title, the LG BX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55BXPUA is a '4K' TV meaning it has a native resolution of 3840 x 2160. That means 3840 pixels horizontally and 2160 pixels vertically so if you multiply those you get a total of 8,294,400 pixels which is four times more than a full HD TV (i.e 1920 x 1080 = 2,073,600) and that is why it is called 4K. That will be the same number of pixels for any 4K TV regardless of the screen size, so the 65" is also a 4K TV meaning it will also have the same number of pixels (i.e 8,294,400 pixels)...^IFV LGAnswers_Ivan, Appliances Online
