    Lacking in streaming services
    I bought this to upgrade from my current smart blueray player. While it is advertised as having netflex and youtube, I was expecting it to be able to connect to the LG app store and be able to download other apps like I could with my tv. If I knew that was not possible, I would not have bought this. LG, having just two apps on this device is pointless. If it had at least stan as well, I would have given it a much better rating. I have now put this up for sale online and hopefully I will get back what I paid. Very disappointed LG.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst blu-ray player ever! I will NEVER buy LG products again just based on this player. It constantly pops up to connect to the internet when it is (or it truly never connects). You can’t get through a movie without it popping up at a minimum of 5 times. It quits playing sound randomly.
