Button labels vanish
Bought 5 months ago and already the button labels are worn off. The on off button has peeled off. Poor quality.

Very poor remote
I bought the TV about 18 months ago and this remote has had at least 6 lots of batteries since then. Functionally it was ok but the ridiculous shape meant it was difficult to pu down anywhere and expect it to not fall off. Last week it just died completed which means I’ll have to buy another one at a very high price to replace it as they alr day seem difficult to source!

Does not pair to the TV
When trying to pair with the TV, the TV just gives the message "Bluetooth service needs to be initialized". Can't be used. Unpugging the TV for five minutes resolves the issue for a couple of hours, but then the issue returns.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you! I recently took delivery of a washing machine and a freezer. The initial thought of having to go from store to store to find what I needed was starting to stress me enormously. I was also at a loss about how I was going to get rid of the old machines. Finding your website was an absolute godsend for me. The helpfulness and friendliness of your staff on the phones and during the delivery, coupled with your prompt service made this such a worthwhile experience. Hi, I would just like to write to say thank you for your promised fast delivery. When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. Thanks Zach, Bellbird Park, QLD
