I want to say a BIG thank you to Colin for going to so much to make me feel like a valued customer, my Samsung combo didn't dry the clothes and he didnt hesitate to have a replacement sent out immediately. I now have beautiful clean, dry clothes and feel I have satisfaction with the product I almost wrote a bad report online about in one of those product feedback forums, if anything Collin gave me faith in Samsung again, simply by using old fashion customer service.. Initially people around me told me to be wary of purchasing anything of that value over the internet, but after I had Collin look after me with that personal touch, I will gladly recommend Appliances Online to anyone thinking of purchasing an appliance. I was telephoned an hour before delivery, and the delivery was made down a narrow path and entrance perfectly without a mark on the appliance and installed perfectly and old appliance etc removed.
