I got an excellent price on this TV and despite initial concerns about whether it was too large took the plunge and bought it. I also sweated over whether I should have spent more on a large TV with OLED/QLED and while I am sure that they offer benefits I am so happy I did not bearing in mind their additional cost. This TV is a worthwhile upgrade to an older premium plasma that I had. I was worried that blacks would not be black enough but more than happy with black contrast levels. The size makes it a pleasure to watch movies. The OS is responsive although I preferred the original OS that came out with the TV rather than the recent "upgraded" one as I can no longer watch live TV while switching between apps via the menu that I could do before. The magic remote is a fantastic remote, however I did need to buy a new one after a year and half of owning the TV as as the Magic Mouse button broke. Nevertheless I am very impressed with the LG overall and would happily recommend it and give it five stars overall (4.8 if I count the faulty remote and recent OS "upgrade" but lets round it up to 5)
