Wash ok, spin terrible, stay home if washing large
I have had my machine for little over a year. On standard wash its good BUT on eco and quick cycles its spin cycle is lousy. I understand washing over less time on these cycles but why isn't spin as efficient as long cycle. Clothes do come out dripping, even if it is a light load. It does tangle large items like sheets and trip. The good feature is the filter

    LG 8.5 KG Washing Machine
We have purchased the LG washing machine and have been very pleased with our purchase. From my online experience to the delivery and installation, it’s been a very pleasant experience. I had signed up with Appliances On Line and was offered a $30 off the purchase price, however I didn’t put the specific code in on purchase, l then emailed Appliance on line and asked them to assist me to provide the discount and they did and reimbursed my credit card. So very professional with honesty. Thank you Appliance on Line we are so grateful. We will come back for other appliances in the future.

    Questions & answers

can you use this machine with only cold water connected. Dingo · 2026-05-16
Hello Thank you for your product question. This model comes with both hot and cold inlet hoses that need to be connected. If you only have a single cold water connection, you will need to purchase a Y connector from a plumbing store. The Y (tail) connector should be attached to your tap, with the other two hoses connected to the Y section. It is recommended to buy a metal or brass adapter for this connector for better durability. Hope this helps. Kind regards, Appliances Online Colin Jones, Appliances Online
Could you please tell me if there is a wool wash with this machine please DiDi · 2025-09-17
Hello there, this machine does not have a wool wash. However, a preset Wool program is standard on most Fisher & Paykel top load washing machines (such as WL8058G1). Cheers, Adam from Appliances Online. AdamD, Appliances Online
