The magic remote doesn't always work even with new batteries and the screen occasionally becomes grainy which requires the tv to be turned back off and then on again to reset it. Also it constantly loses internet connection with wifi which I understand that other reviewers have had issues with as well. This causes Amazon Prime to suddenly stop working and YouTube to keep buffering after playing ads with no connection continuing after the buffering begins. I do not recommended this product nor LG products in general.No badNot a bad value tv. The only thing that I can say is the remote died after 5 months and occasionally the tv changes it’s own channel or goes to the menu by its self just randomly.Well worth my money!Great experience with my LG Tv! Not even one problem encountered in the 8 years and still going. I love the magic remote. Great investment and Well worth my money!Legendary service
