Extremely disappointed. This was not a cheap TV. It was great for two years, but suddenly one day it gave an error message: Check Network Connection, Error 105. Now it loses connection to the network at least twice per day, and the only way to get it to reconnect is to manually reset the DNS settings in the TV menu again and again until it randomly jolts back to life and reconnects to the network. It didn't matter whether you use a wired connection or a wireless connection. This is very frustrating, and disappointing because the TV is only 2.5 years old and worked beautifully until a month ago. What a costly mistake it was to buy this LG TV.

I bought my new LO OLED TV January 2023 and unpacked and installed it in our holiday house just before CHristmas 2023. I have now used it once and find it is great, nice bright display with sound to match. I found the mouse style remote a bit of a challenge which I suppose will always be as I'll probably only use the TV once or twice a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OLED TV has fantastic colours and easy to setup. The TV WebOS is easy to navigate with the magic remote. The only issue is the eArc HDMI interface between the TV, sound bar and set top box is a bit “flaky”! You can use the remote for connecting to the set top box and control volume and channels, but sometimes the set top box will not turn on and the sound does not connect to the sound bar. I did work initially, but now randomly does not work. I have not worked out why yet.
