Fantastic TV!

Good TV when working.
It is good when it worked. BT Audio is hit and miss depending on what your source is. If OTA TV it's ok or for YouTube. If from USB or HDMI (PS 5) then expect lag, drop outs and other issues. After 3 years, it decided to die. There is no picture, it has a backlight with audio, you can change inputs but you cannot change tv channels. There is nothing showing on the screen. So now left with an expensive landfill item. 4 years for a large TV? We have an old Samsung Plasma TV that is nearing 14 years and an old 6 years LG 42in smart tv still working.

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

You can, however, still browse the internet using the TVs built-in web browser software, which has been optimised for use with the TV and remote control. Hope this helps.
