[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've experienced flickering issues from day one. Additionally, Google Assistant doesn't function properly, and Alexa frequently fails to recognize commands, often resulting in errors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the LG QNED MiniLED 65 inch TV for my husband's birthday gift.  He was so excited and says it is the best TV we have ever had.      Unboxing and initial set up: For such a large TV it was very light and easy to carry upstairs in the box. You need two people to carry and set up but it was not super heavy or difficult to carry. Unboxing was easy, but remember to look at the top of the box to find the legs. After taking the top off and removing the TV we realized that the legs and remote were still in the styrofoam up in the top of the box. Certainly not a big deal, just remember to look for them! Setup took 10 minutes, just lay the TV flat on a soft surface (We used a bed) and attached each leg with the provided screws. TV appearance: The TV is very sleek looking and can appear to be a picture frame when not in use. Does not stick out like a sore thumb and is a nice and classy addition to a family room or large bedroom. TV Picture: This is the reason you buy a TV like this, the 4K picture is amazing with near perfect blacks. As more 4K quality videos become available you will really appreciate this picture quality. Just make sure your settings are set correctly and that you are using a 4K capable streaming device. (The TV is a smart TV and has built in 4K streaming ability, but I am more comfortable using a Firestick and the solid apps on that device. Also an added factor in this decision was the difficulty using the "magic" remote, more on that below.) Sound: The sound is good and is probably the best you can expect for such a thin TV. Don't expect a booming base and if you want that you should consider a quality sound system. We used it without a sound system and it was perfectly fine. Flaws: My one complaint is that the "magic" remote is very difficult and frustrating to use. I would have preferred a more traditional remote. I've ended up turning the TV on and then navigating with my Firestick remote. This flaw is certainly not enough to outweigh what is otherwise an outstanding TV. Let's be honest: the reason you purchase a TV like this is the picture quality, which is what the TV delivers. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
