Frustrating LG Channel App
The quality of the TV and picture is good. However the LG channel app that cannot be uninstalled is very frustrating. It randomly activates which slows down the task you may be performing on the TV significantly and somehow always defaults on as your home page.

Hi, The software is very slow, using the remote control mouse function and pointer is not smooth and respond with delay.

Frustrating Remote
The picture is awesome.These days they don’t have much information in the manual. You have to navigate by trial and error. The remote doesn’t have a menu button so you have to go into settings and channel list. Alexa isn’t much help.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

Thank you, thank you & thank you. We just purchased an Electrolux fridge from appliancesonline.com.au and we so glad that we did. My wife Naome & I were able to read & discuss the product info, make our decision on which fridge to purchase in the comfort of our home. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials. Please pass on our thanks to the delivery guys. You will be receiving other orders from us in the future, plus we will tell our friends how easy dealing with appliancesonline.com.au really is & recommending others to purchase from you.
