[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 65-inch 4K UHD Smart TV and was working great but after a few updates it started to play up and now I cannot see all the free to air live channel. the backup service is not very professional and efficient.

Got the tv to me as promised. Very happy. Will use this company again

My wife and I have been watching Netflix for over a month, plus watching many DVD's and Blu-ray DVD's on this TV. Once I got accustomed to the controls and learning how to set this TV up for maximum effect we found that it delivers picture and sound quality that surpassed our expectation's. There is an inbuilt program in amongst the "Sound" programming that once put in motion asks the user to keep the room quiet while the TV tests the room, and once it has done this task the TV will let you know if your sound settings are okay! After you have done this you can select which sound mode you disire and I found "Clear Voice" to be the best with movies. The "Picture" and the "Aspect" selections do a great job of getting the picture perfect, especially if you want a full screen instead of having black strips on top and botton as you do with 16:9 ratio. We are now in our second month of Netflix and I have found that selecting the cheapest with no HD is just as good as watching Netflix on a dearer monthly plan that has HD and the cheapest monthly plan only uses a quarter of our monthly data, which means more viewing and still getting a good picture and sound from our TV...I definitely am unable to fault this TV, it's like being at the Cinema's, but without the crowds.
