[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 65-inch 4K UHD Smart TV and was working great but after a few updates it started to play up and now I cannot see all the free to air live channel. the backup service is not very professional and efficient.

My husband and I have had this TV for 5 years now and it's still going strong. The picture is great and was easily customizable with some guidance from RTings. I will criticize LG for not providing more guidance in their manuals on how to customize the picture settings more thoroughly. I've got this hooked up to a Denon Receiver and the New Chromecast w/ remote and my gaming PC and it's never looked so good. 4K games look beautiful with surround sound.. It's dreamy. I would like to have seen more features available through software updates, but it's been a number of years since the last WEBOS update was rolled out. Considering how robust this TV is, I would expect a little more after-market support from LG. The only thing that is likely to stand in the way of this TV fighting the future is through planned software obsolescence, which is a shame. Fortunately I've used the chromecast to replace ALL the apps on the TV, so thankfully none of this will matter.
