The magic remote doesn't always work even with new batteries and the screen occasionally becomes grainy which requires the tv to be turned back off and then on again to reset it. Also it constantly loses internet connection with wifi which I understand that other reviewers have had issues with as well. This causes Amazon Prime to suddenly stop working and YouTube to keep buffering after playing ads with no connection continuing after the buffering begins. I do not recommended this product nor LG products in general.Well worth my money!Great experience with my LG Tv! Not even one problem encountered in the 8 years and still going. I love the magic remote. Great investment and Well worth my money!Great value quality[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality - much better than my Samsung TV and far wider-angle viewing. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver.
