I asked the salesman to show me all the TV's and their settings, remotes - how everything works and the advantage of each. I love the cursor. Alas, I had to buy a new remote in 2020 as some of the buttons on 1st remote did not work. I ordered the same style of remote but got sent the long straight one which hurts me. I needed the curved one.Not impressedFailed after 2 years - double imaging. TV had to be replaced. Just as well we had invested in Product Care.Legendary service
