Picture perfect, functions perfect, the main reason I like it so much after more than a year is customer service. You can get them on the phone and they will happily help straighten out any problems. I am not so quick when it comes to new technology but these people helped me do what I wanted.

Great product for what you get. Wish it came with wifi capability pre-installed, had to buy the lg wifi dongle which was a small annoyance. I've had this product for almost a year and its survived one move from san diego to the bay area so its pretty sturdy. Great product overall. Would recommend.

Our four month old TV has on four random occasions made a very loud pop sound, the screen goes black, then the TV reboots itself. We find this very concerning. None of our other TVs in the house have ever done this. I do not know what causes this but I suspect a power supply issue. I am waiting for LG to mitigate the issue and will post a follow-up review when they do. Also we were foolish to think that being a Smart TV this TV had built-in WIFI, it does not. This TV requires the purchase of a LG WIFI dongle to enable WIFI.
