OK but annoying problems
Have had this TV for maybe 4 years. Has been OK, except for the random reboots, lack of compatible apps that are available on other brands and recently remote has started to intermittently not work. Have changed batteries to no effect. Because of this, we have realised there are no control buttons on the TV itself, which is really inconvenient when the remote stops working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great tv with high definition picture and video but software sucks needs more updates and really need to improve App Store. One major issue is internet goes off by itself and requires to connect time wifi time to time. I have tried all the troubleshooting but still has wifi connection issues would be great if you look into it. rest great product with good sound quality compare to other similar range competitors.

Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
