Unable to upload the firmfare and software
The CS team advised that I cannot even update the software and firmware for this Tv as this has been discontinued, how about the customers who have this TV.

Backlight died after three years
Have had this TV for three years and was previously happy with it. But now the screen has started turning blue and it's getting worse by the day. Apparently this means the backlight has gone and I'll need to get it repaired at some expense. Not good enough for a TV to last just three years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely black sleek design perfect size fridge for one or two people definitely not suitable for even small family disappointed that you can’t adjust any of the shelving in fridge or shelves in door space as for drink and sauce bottle can only fit in the door shelve which leaves you being restricted only low height items can go one shelves that was disappointed concidering ithe fridge from the outside is really aesthetically pleasing To look at

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your question. This series of TV from LG was replaced in 2018 with the UK6540 series which is now just about to be replaced with the new UM7600 series.
