Does not play 4k content from Netflix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV in 2014 to find out now in 2017 that it doesn't play the 4k content from Netflix. Wow disappointing.

Love the TV just not sure why it shuts off??
Will be watching a program and then all of a sudden it says signal lost and all scratchy sounds pop up? Not sure why this is happening even tho the day before we can watch it all day long and no problem!!

Great Picture Quality and Features
This 55" 4K from LG is top notch and very price competitive with all the others. For our use, it's the perfect size to clarity ratio. My only complaint is the SmartShare feature using Nero. Not at all easy to setup on all of our devices and a pain on my laptop with popups. There's got to be a better way for us who are casual users. Overall, a great unit and LG quality and warranty.

Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. HDR Standards were only finalized at the end of 2015 and the LG 55" Class Ultra High Definition 4K 240Hz TV with Smart TV (54.6" diagonally), Model # 55LA9650 is a 2013 model that was released well before HDR standards were set so it does not support HDR. It does not support 4K @ 60 Hz.
