After taking nearly 30 minutes to go through the required set up stages, we were bitterly disappointed with the picture quality on free to air non HD channels. We were upgrading from an LG 55" to the 65" but didn't realise that the resolution was the same on both units, hence the picture on 65" for the non HD channels was so fuzzy and out of focus that we returned the unit and got a full refund. It is a shame the retailer was not able to tune the demonstration TV's to free to air channels so we could see the picture quality instore. The salesmen's comments that "everybody streams" is not true and is not an acceptable excuse. The picture on our 55" is fine and we will reinvestigate upgrading at a later date.

Poor picture quality and sound so had to return tv for a hisense

Had the TV a few weeks now, picture quality is grainy when streaming, non HD free to air channels are blurry, sound quality is poor and the led strip around the internal edge is distracting and doesn't give you true black viewing. Can I return it to place of purchase for a refund.
