Slow to respond ☹️
Very happy with the picture quality, but the response time when using the remote is incredibly slow compared to our other TV’s (both Samsungs). For this reason alone I would not buy another LG TV.

Close to OLED
I am quite surprised with the quality of Quantum Nano technology compare to my 65" Nanocell. The black is quite close to OLED but not as deep as OLED models. Another thing as many other users mentioned the operating system is lagging a bit, so it's better if you use another android/apple box connected via HDMI. Using it in a bedroom so deep black does matter, it's perfect for the price.

Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver.
