Great TV, terrible remote, won't allow login
I bought this TV some months ago; excellent when used through an Apple box, but you can't watch any quality TV through the LG remote/Home Screen without logging in, and the system won't allow you to create an ID - crashes every time you enter data. Incredibly frustrating to an experienced tech user - worst remote and clunkiest screen interface I've ever used. Hence the one star.

Very good purchase. Size fits nice. Streamlined. Love the features. Really good quality picture & sound. Makes us feel like we are in the cinema watching a premium movie. All we had to do was make Coca Cola & popcorn.

Good TV but poor sound quality.
The "hard Cs" and "S" sounds are unable to be tuned out. This makes for a "scratchy sound" in the audio.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

All the staff that i dealt with at Appliances Online were friendly and efficient, i received great service and not to mention the most competitive price online for the product i wanted. The delivery guy was also fantastic, we had a little trouble getting the fridge through the door but he dealt with it very well and we managed to solve the problem!
