It’s all about picture quality
Not the best picture quality I was expecting. Earlier model LG TV,s are superior so much for QNed.

Good but ...
Compared to samsung QLED, it's much bulkier, lacks premium feel, remote also very thick and heavy. I didn't like the magic pointer...which is like u move the cursor on tv. Screen is not too bad but unless it's blueray, no difference. It looks very sturdy tho.

Do not buy. I returned it and bought a Samsung.
Absolutely terrible edge lighting and back light. I returned this TV, my 3rd LG, and bought a different brand instead. It's performing great.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

WOW, I used your company last week for the first time....to order my new fridge...and i just wanted to let you know that your service was outstanding, from the ordering to the delivery.I have a very steep driveway and normally don't like to get things delivered, but your delivery boys were very well prepared.They unloaded of the truck and on to a ute to be able to transport the fridge up the drive.Anyway thanks heaps for the great service.I have recommended you to all my friends and family.
