Great features
I bought this soundbar a few months ago; very glad I did. We needed the center channel for TV and movie voices. We are very happy with that feature. Unit adds nice surround sound to movies.

I bought the S90QY LG soundbar to complement our LG OLED TV. Primary goal was to enhance voices from the center channel. That feature works very well (no more complaints from my wife!). I would rate purchase as excellent.

Hi. The LG 65-inch Class LG OLED evo C4 4K Smart TV 2024, Model # OLED65C4PUA, can be paired via Bluetooth with the LG Soundbar with High Res Audio HDMI 5.1.3 channel, Model # S90QY. It has an HDMI eARC port that can be connected to the HDMI eARC port on the soundbar or connected via its Optical Digital Audio Output to the soundbar's Optical Digital Audio Input. The sound will not be the same. HDMI eARC (enhanced audio return channel) has a much higher bandwidth, so it can transfer more data faster. That means the audio signal doesn’t have to be compressed as much, and you’ll get better audio quality with eARC. Optical connections typically provide better audio quality compared to Bluetooth due to the uncompressed signal transmission and lack of interference. Optical connections deliver digital audio signals with high fidelity and without signal loss, making them ideal for audio purists or those with high-end audio equipment.
